Ice penguins

For the New Year festivities, set among their big brothers made of mirror, new penguins, this time carved out of blocks of ice, were staged in the palace lobby. To ensure the magic remained intact throughout the holidays, the ice creations were admired through a glass case.

DESIGN, CREATION, PRODUCTION

  • 1 display case, measuring 4 m x 2m x 2m
  • 1 refrigeration system
  • 2 penguin, measuring 1.80 m x 1 m x 0.50 m
  • 1 ice penguin, measuring 1.20 m x 0.75 m x 0.50 m.


RESULT

An Arctic wind blew over the Four Seasons George V, to the surprise of all visitors.
